Meet the wonderful Jill 💥
Jill joined us in October 2020 after miniscus tear to her knee.
After meeting me and the group, she settled straight into eating, cooking, and shopping Slimming World style.
Jill's favourite Slimming World recipe is prawn noodles and easy, speedy hummus, which is a great dish to make when she has friends over. Both Jill and her husband love to socialise, and this hasn't stopped because she is losing weight.
Jill has fabulous support at home from her husband, who prepares a lovely variety of fresh veg to enjoy with every meal.
Jill originally came to lose weight in preparation for her knee operation. However, at nearly 8 STONE down, the consultant is delighted with her progress and states she no longer needs the operation!
One of the most exciting things Jill has found from losing weight is her love for exercise! Jill now enjoys the gym, swimming and running, and has recently even ran 2x10k races, beating her personal best each time!
All of these things she couldn't do before.
We are all so proud of Jill, who continues to light up every room she comes into.
