Welcoming in the energies of August 🌻

Traditionally these are the days when we look towards harvesting the fruits of our labours from the seeds sown in Spring 🌱

However these energies we are moving through often feel like a baptism of fire 🔥

The summer feels short lived and we are being encouraged to enjoy it whilst we can 😎

Welcoming in April 🐇

Many people, including myself will be glad that March has ended 🙌

It was a month that seems relentless in its challenges, obstacles and disturbances that were felt physically and energetically 😵‍💫

Let's set the intention that April brings more balance, clarity and stability for us all 🙌

In Spring we start to look outwards, contemplating and considering what needs done on the outside and get so busy sometimes we forget to do our work on the inside 😅

Healing sessions are like a deep clean for the Soul 🥰

Clearing out the energetic clutter that may have been collected from those around you or the situations and circumstances you may be going through or have gone through 😰

Leaving you feeling lighter, brighter and more balanced within and more able to manage the Outer World 😬
