Welcoming in the final month of the calendar year 🙌

This has been a particularly challenging year for many, with each of us facing our own upsets and curved balls 😔

I know this time of year there may be lots of holly but for some, not much jolly 🎄

Asking for help is a sign of strength not weakness 💪🏻

The darker nights and sometimes grey days can have an impact on our outlook, our energy and our mood 😞

Traditionally these are the days when we look towards harvesting the fruits of our labours from the seeds sown in Spring 🌱

However these energies we are moving through often feel like a baptism of fire 🔥

The summer feels short lived and we are being encouraged to enjoy it whilst we can 😎
