3 1/2 months with this little roaster has come to an end 😅

Apologies to my NHS colleagues as I am now back to nip your lugs daily 🤷‍♂️

Clinic has also been running at reduced capacity recently so I could spend as much time with my little rogues ☺️

So.....having been binned from the dirty work in the hospital and having finally welcomed a girl into the family (officially the best baby ever 👶🏼) I can get back to the easy bit and get the Clinic open again 😀

Started back tonight and full for the rest of this week but happy to take New or Return patients from next week onwards 👍

Good morning

Just a quick update, messages really picking up in the last week or so

Finished up working in ICU for now (they don’t need me anymore thank goodness) and having some time off in prep for baby no. 3 arriving (wish me luck) 🥴

Hoping to get the doors back open around end of April/start of May and raring to go, need to get these hands busy again 👐

Don’t hesitate to message, still happy to offer advice or recommend another Physio in the interim 👍

Evening

Hope everyone is keeping well and staying safe.

Not an easy decision this week but it’s doors closed at the clinic for a bit.

Back working at the hospital and will be there for the foreseeable.

Far too many close Covid contacts daily and not worth the risk considering the nature of my work.

Also, hard for me to guarantee arriving to start clinics on time.

There are Physio’s out there who commit to Private Practice full time and some bloody good ones at that. Happy to pass on their details 👍

Also happy to catch up with anyone Messenger, Telephone, Zoom for advice and re-assurance.

Hopefully not for too long and I can get going again.

Morning

Tough day for a lot of people yesterday and here’s hoping we can see all our local businesses open on Saturday 12th December 🤞

Our regulatory body, the CSP has confirmed that Physiotherapy practices can continue to operate during Tier 4 restrictions 🙌🏽

Isolation ends at the weekend and I plan to be back at work on Monday 🥳

I will be mixing work in the clinic with NHS MSK service and Crosshouse inpatient service so only evening and weekend appointments available for now 😅

I am working through all those that were cancelled due to my isolation as I write this post so will get to you ASAP 👍

Don’t worry about travelling across authorities to attend your Physio appointment, it’s allowed 😉

Had a few messages of concern today but just re-assuring those that have been at the clinic or I’ve had contact with over the last few days/week that I am not isolating due to Covid symptoms in the household or a positive test 😅

Only as my 2 boys were a close contact of someone who has tested positive. Means I am only at home in a caring capacity 😊

Bit of a novelty for me really being the guy who is never actually home 😳

Hate to say this but doors are closed until Monday 23rd 😞

Isolation with my 2 boys until then (wish me luck) 🥴

Inevitable it was going to happen at some point but needs must to keep everyone safe 👍

I am slowly going through all those with appointments to reschedule but anyone needing any advice just lift the phone, also happy to catch up on FaceTime/Zoom if needed 🎬
