Happy Equinox everyone 🍂

I’ve been taking a well earned day off, and this morning began with a peaceful walk around the RSPB nature reserve close by, soaking up all the Autumn colours as the leaves are starting to turn, enjoying the late September sun and feeling so grateful to have that kind of beauty on my doorstep 🌳

The Autumn Equinox is a moment when day and night are in balance, the sun crossing the equator, and the light and dark are nearly equal. It marks the official move from summer’s outward energy into the more inward, quiet season of Autumn ☀️🌙

Spiritually, the Equinox is a powerful time of reflection, balance, and harvest. It’s a chance to pause and acknowledge what you’ve grown this year - your achievements, your lessons - and also to gently release what no longer serves you 🌾

As the seasons shift, the Equinox invites us to slow down, turn inward, and honour our rhythms. To light a candle, spend some time in stillness, journal, or simply walk (like I did) through the changing trees and let nature gently teach you about change, letting go, and gratitude 🕯️

What a weekend it has been – my heart is so full 💖

From meditation in Gamlingay, to this evening’s beautiful group in St Neots, this afternoon’s gathering at Hinchingbrooke House in Huntingdon, and last night at the Silsoe Psychic Fair – it’s been such a joy to hold space for so many of you 🌙🙏✨

Thank you to everyone who came along – your energy, openness, and presence mean the world to me. I can’t wait to welcome you again next month for more calm, peace, and connection ☺️💫

This weekend just got even bigger! As well as being at Confetti Events Psychic Evening showcasing all things Tropic in Silsoe tonight, I’m now also going to have a Tropic stall at TLC Holistic Events Holistic Fayre at Hinchingbrooke House in Huntingdon tomorrow, where I’m leading meditation in the afternoon 😀
