🗓️Jan 20th: Celebration of Warm Welcome Week! Supported by the Co-op
We will be joined by an officer from Sherburn Neighbourhood Policing Team

January Sacred Sounds sessions ✨

If you’re feeling a bit tender, tired, overwhelmed or just craving some quiet time for you, I’d love to welcome you along to my January sacred sound sessions..

These gatherings are for slowing down, dropping out of your head and back into your body, and letting yourself be held for an hour or two.

This January I’m offering:
🌿 Sound Baths – to rest deeply, breathe fully and let the noise fade
🌿 Women’s Circles – warm, welcoming spaces to connect, share or simply listen
🌿 Pilates & Sound – gentle movement followed by deep, nourishing relaxation

Most sessions are held in my usual cosy spaces and I’m also so excited to be hosting one special Sound Bath at a brand new venue, Harewood Holistics, tucked inside the beautiful grounds of Harewood Estate ✨
It’s a truly gorgeous space… and yes, it has a heated floor!

If you’re longing for calm, comfort and a little moment of peace in the middle of life, this is for you 🫶

As the year comes to a gentle close, I just want to say thank you 🤍

Thank you for showing up — to sound baths, women’s circles, cacao journeys, collaborations, and all the moments in between. Whether you came once or many times, you chose to gift yourself rest, space and connection, and that truly matters.

It’s been such a privilege to witness your journeys — the softening, opening and remembering. Sacred Sounds exists because of community, because of you, and I’m endlessly grateful 🥰

As we move through the festive season, may you honour how far you’ve come, rest when you can, and be gentle with yourself.

So excited for what’s ahead! Deeper connection, new offerings, and all that’s yet to unfold ✨

Wishing you a peaceful Christmas and a nourishing close to the year and look forward to seeing some of you that booked on inbetween Christmas and New Year at my sound bath events!

The Winter Solstice is the darkest night of the year…
A gentle reminder that even in the dark, the light is already on its way back.

If you want to feel calm instead of of anxious, choose yourself without guilt and feel like you again this afternoon is an invitation to slow right down.
To be held in sound, warmth and ceremony.

We’ll share ceremonial cacao, sink into a deeply nourishing sound bath, and create a little solstice keepsake - something tangible to take home and remember how this moment felt.
