A bit of an update from me!

Highlights

🫶🏼 I’m no longer running sound baths at Luna Aura in Garforth - thank you to everyone who came to a sound bath here over the last couple of years
🌳 I’m at Beyond The Woods Festival next Saturday see you there to those that have booked
🎪 I’m also at The Happy Place Festival in Cheshire in September you can go book tickets now!
☀️ There is a free gifted accommodation spot on my solstice retreat - which means you could attend a whole retreat weekend full of nature, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, creativity, hot tubs and stargazing for just £222 get in touch if this sounds like something you or someone you know needs

People were gathering around sound long before the world convinced us healing had to happen in a clinical room.

Maybe that’s why your body softens when the bowls begin, because somewhere deep down… it remembers.

Just sound, stillness and a space to put everything down for a while.

This is what I want for you at my sound baths - just the time to come, not have anything to do or anywhere to be just for that hour whilst simultaneously having the soothing sounds work their magic.

Big news!

Solstice retreat has a gifted space 😮 and I’ve opened some day time slots of the Saturday!

So someone has had to drop out of the retreat but has gifted their accommodation space so some lucky soul can attend and pay literally half price!! How amazing is that?! I’ve also opens up a couple of day time only slots for those that couldn’t commit to the full weekend. But there’s only 2 spaces so you’ll have to be quick to nab these!

So what will be doing on this retreat?! Resting, sound bathing, drinking cacao, getting creative with flowers, getting out in nature - ALL the good stuff!

Who’s this for?! Well I’m guessing if you’re already in my space it will feel aligned to you! But basically I’m looking for women who are ready to take radical responsibility for rest! This is a pocket of calm in the summer where we can hang out in the yurt - escaping the busy-ness of life and really nurture ourselves.

If you saw the Solstice retreat earlier in the year but felt it was out of your price range or you couldn’t commit to the full weekend or you’re seeing this for the first time and want more info send me a message and I’ll forward the deets!
