🧘‍♀️ I’m really looking forward to sharing the Sun Salutations with you at the Rootsource Retreat Event at Orchard Glamping (19th-21st June) to celebrate the shift from Spring to Summer🧘‍♀️

Hatha yoga has been an intrinsic part of my life for over 16 years. It makes me feel great and better able to handle life’s ups and downs and I love being able to share its benefits with others.

It also has these wonderful benefits

✨ Strengthens and tones the physical body and increases flexibility
✨ Releases physical tension through flow routines and holding postures.
✨ Calms the mind and emotions through working with the breath
✨ Releases harmful stress through meditation and relaxation.

We get to choose what we feed our minds each day. If your feed leaves you comparing, shrinking or spiralling… it may be time to tend the algorithm of your digital garden.
