This month carries the energy of renewal - encouraging gratitude, compassion, and mindful growth as we prepare for the brighter seasons ahead.

It is a night filled with magicโ€”a gentle reminder that even in the heart of winter, the light within our souls continues to glow. Hope never fades.

During the busy festive season, yoga offers a grounding pause that helps soothe an overstimulated nervous system.

Through slow, intentional movement and steady breathing the bodyโ€™s relaxation response is activated, easing tension and quieting the mind.
Even a few minutes of gentle stretching or mindful breathing can lower stress hormones, steady the heart rate, and create a sense of inner balance.

Iโ€™m looking forward to sharing these pauses with you in my classes this month to help calm and soothe the nervous system
