We get to choose what we feed our minds each day. If your feed leaves you comparing, shrinking or spiralling… it may be time to tend the algorithm of your digital garden.

During the busy festive season, yoga offers a grounding pause that helps soothe an overstimulated nervous system.

Through slow, intentional movement and steady breathing the body’s relaxation response is activated, easing tension and quieting the mind.
Even a few minutes of gentle stretching or mindful breathing can lower stress hormones, steady the heart rate, and create a sense of inner balance.

I’m looking forward to sharing these pauses with you in my classes this month to help calm and soothe the nervous system
