📱💙 Introducing the Digital Hospital Passports on behalf of University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust 💙📱

BMG patients, do you, a family member, or someone you care for need extra support with communication or care needs while in hospital? 🏥
The new Digital Hospital Passports from University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMBT) are now live and easy to complete online! 🙌

📝 What are they?
Digital passports help hospital staff better understand a person’s needs, preferences and how best to support them – whether it’s due to learning difficulties, dementia, sensory needs, being a carer, or being a veteran .

👣 How it works:
✅ Complete online using NHS number & date of birth
✅ Must be a known patient at UHMB
✅ Once submitted, patients can download or save their copy
✅ Copies are also automatically sent to:
🔹 UHMBT
🔹 The patient’s named GP at Bay Medical Group

We are delighted to invite you to our annual Christmas concert.

Please note that tickets are £3 per person with children under 5 are free.

There is currently road works at st Mary’s church and we ask those attending park considerately for the local neighbourhood.

🎉💜 It’s a special day at Rosemary & Time… it’s our birthday! 💜🎉

Today is birthday twinnie day for us — Alison & Donna!
Work colleagues, partners-in-chaos, teammates… and the very best of friends. 💕

We spend so much of our time celebrating others, supporting families and creating moments of joy — so today we’re taking a little time to celebrate us too. 🥳

It’s also a chance to pause and reflect on the last 12 months… the challenges, the laughter, the growth and the hundreds of beautiful moments we’ve shared with you all.
And we’re already looking forward to the next 12 months — full of plans, ideas and plenty of Rosemary & Time magic to come. ✨

We’re celebrating with a lovely birthday brunch with our husbands before diving back into the wonderful chaos that is our world.

Thank you to everyone who fills our year with purpose, kindness and unforgettable memories. We are so grateful for this community.
