This is the ideal opportunity for a confident Senior Carer, Care Coordinator, or Deputy Manager who’s ready to lead a team and help grow a business that truly puts people first.

💬 About the Role

This isn’t your typical Monday to Friday, 9–5 job. Outstanding care happens evenings, weekends, and holidays, and as a leader, you’ll need to be part of that rhythm.

You’ll be:
• Leading and inspiring a high-quality care team
• Communicating clearly and confidently with clients, families, and professionals
• Actively contributing to business growth and service development
• Overseeing rotas, care plans, reviews, and compliance
• Supporting recruitment, mentoring, and staff development
• Getting stuck in with a can-do attitude – from audits to troubleshooting

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has excellent communication and leadership skills
• Brings a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Wants to be part of growing a values-led care business
• Has experience in domiciliary care or a similar setting
• Understands or is willing to learn CQC compliance inside out
• Holds a minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or willingness to complete)
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
