Today I had the pleasure of visiting the women’s group in Garvagh at the GADDA Centre 💛

I spoke about the Power of Touch and its importance for overall wellbeing — helping to reduce stress, ease muscular tension, and support the nervous system.

As it was a small group, I was able to offer each participant a short sample of massage, allowing everyone to experience the benefits firsthand. Our youngest attendee also enjoyed a peaceful nap during the relaxation time, adding to the calm and nurturing atmosphere of the session😊

💜 Oncology Massage - A Gentle Touch of Support.

I'm happy to share that I've recently completed my qualification in oncology massage - a specialized and deeply supportive form of massage therapy designed for individuals going through or recovering from cancer treatment.
💬Why now?
Over time,I was approached by people asking "Can I receive massage during treatment?" or "Is it safe for my loved one after chemo or surgery?"
Back then, I didn't feel ready - I lacked the proper knowledge and training to confidently support clients affected by cancer.
But now, after in-depth education and under the close guidance of medical professionals, I can finally say!
Yes, you absolutely can. And I'm here to offer that care - safely, gently, and with deep respect for your journey.
