This terms newsletter: I'm looking out my window at the first wild daffodils, a few primroses, clumps and more clumps of snowdrops, a few p***y willows peeking silkily from their little brown coats, and even the first green unfurling of early hawthorn leaves. Spring is making its presence felt. Surely this is the point where you can start to feel the motivation of the season. It is only as the darkness recedes and the Spring flowers begin to get going that the excitement wells up; the winter is almost done, Spring is coming and somehow we made it through the darkness. NOW surely is the time to come out of hibernation, to feel the unexpected warmth of the winter sun on your skin (Apricity), to gather strength and get that spring back in your step.
As you know, it has been a bit tough recently, Bridges remains closed for the foreseeable, and Monmouth classes have been a bit peripatetic, but the good news is that we will have a permanent home soon. More on that another time, but until it happens please stick with me!
We are at The Cricket Pavilion on Monmouth Sports Ground at 7pm Monday nights for the next five weeks, and at the UNIT next to screw fix (near Lidl) on Friday mornings at 9am.
Another fantastic but underpopulated class is LEGS BUNS TUMS on Wednesday evenings at 7pm Garway Hall. We really have so much fun and the hall is DIVINE so do come along for some extra exercise if you can.
Term price for exercise classes £8 PAYG or one class for £35, two for £65 for a five week term.
Tuesday 9:15am is the ever-popular Pilates at Garway
Thursday 9:15am is the beautiful Yoga Flow
These classes are £10 PAYG or 1 class for £40 both for £75
Usual terms and conditions apply- ask me if you need them. Most importantly if you pay for a class and miss it you are WELCOME to attend any other class that term to make up for it.
I do hope that I will see you soon, let the promise of Spring enthuse you, dust off your MOJO and see you very soon I hope
