On Monday evening, coaches, members, players and parents came together for an insightful Mental Fitness session delivered by Mark McGuigan of Willow Grove Consultants.

The session was both engaging and informative, providing practical strategies to help support mental health and wellbeing. It has given us valuable tools to better equip our club in supporting not only our members, but also the wider community.

Mark brings a wealth of experience from working with elite athletes on developing mental fitness, and weโ€™re excited to continue building on this important area with his support over the coming months.
