Happy nurses day.

I am very proud of my nursing career.

I qualified a long time ago, back in 2008 and since then i have strived to improve myself and professional career, from being a baby nurse on a medical ward, to currently working as an advanced nurse practitioner with non -medical prescribing.

Without the skills, knowledge and experience gained from nursing, I would not have been able to launch xena health, as feel that being a medical practitioner is vastly important when performing Aesthetics treatments.

Hayfever season is here !!!

If you suffer from severe hayfever and are dreading the summer months, look no further than booking an appointment for hayfever treatment.

Hayfever treatment: One injection given intramuscular into the buttocks, once given, it takes between 2-14 days to be effective.

How it works: The treatment works by reducing the bodies inflammation and allergic responses, therefore reducing hayfever symptoms.

Should I have the hayfever treatment:
