Fun but tiring day yesterday we explored Karlův most - Charles Bridge - Ponte Carlo - Puente de Carlos Petrin Hill the famous Mission: Impossible Prague Castle, a meal in U Fleku traditional Prague brewery and restaurant, baracknicka rychta eatery.we also got lost and stumbled across a CIA radio communications barracks lol.

Well yesterday we visited to warm up and it was great fun, trapped in jars, looking teeny or like a giant, being rose on the door war thing the titanic sink haha. Was hilarious.

Breakfast for our trip to Prague has been Slimming World Iceland Foods , plain, with nothing on but using as a quick as we had booked which is a good job as Owen has no self control at a hotel breakfast lol.

🤔So definately had to use a flexi swips approach yesterday, we tried a trdlnic which is essentially a sweetened dough cooked and roled in cinnamon and sugar then filled with whatever you like.🥐🍦

🥜⚠️We had to scour the various eateries as some are rolled in almonds and I'm. Allergic to nuts so was a no go.
Anyway had ice-cream and caramel. Was delicious but only ate half of it as far too sweet for me, poor Owen ate 1.5 lol.

🤯Have google and could be between 500 to 800 calories ( up to 40 swips) so my bit should've been less than 20swips)

No wonder we were tired last night! Wandering around Prague, well we did get lost too 🤣 google maps wouldn't work properly. Such a beautiful city.

My. Little face has cold burn, the bits that were sticking out of my hat and scarf lol.

All good exercise though 😁

Permission to share, some of my lovely friends have lost 19lbs combined in their first 2 weeks both getting their half stone awards.
