๐ŸŒฟ Iโ€™m really excited to be part of this ๐ŸŒฟ

On Sunday 1st February, Iโ€™ll be speaking at the Newcastle Wellbeing Expo at 11:15am, and Iโ€™ll also be holding a stall across the weekend.

This is a two-day, not-for-profit wellbeing event filled with talks, workshops, treatments, and beautiful holistic stalls, all created to support genuine small community businesses and accessible wellbeing.

What I love most is how affordable itโ€™s been made:

๐ŸŽŸ ยฃ2.88 for the full weekend

Thereโ€™s also a huge raffle with prizes worth around ยฃ6,500 ๐ŸŽ
