No yoga tonight guys or for the foreseeable. I’ll
Keep you posted if I decided to put classes back on in the future. But for now no yoga x thanks those of you who continued ti support me after the closure of the studio ❤️ it was massively appreciated. Sorry for any inconvenience or upset but the numbers were just a touch too disappointing last week to continue on and my energy is best used elsewhere at the moment. I wouod like to thank everyone who supported, recommend and joined me in class recently and over the years. Thanks again ❤️

Hey everyone! So been thinking about running a workshop for the autumn equinox at swalwell community centre - Definitely will entail some yin and restorative yoga and a sound bath - but might also run a short vinyasa flow 40 minutes prior which would be optional.
Who would be interested and would you be interested in jsut the yin and sound bath or would you also like a bit of a flow before hand? Let me know 😃 I’ve missed teaching yin and if the workshop is a success then I might end up doing something like this more regular.

I adore my Beautiful gift from one of my students - I also had a lot of flowers too that I completely forgot to take photos of (it’s been a hectic and stressful time!) but thought I’d share this pic to show my gratitude for all my students and as a way of saying thank you for all the support over the last four years at the studio and your continued support on this next chapter of teaching yoga in a different space. It means so much to me ❤️ and I adore those little book and incense burned

Hey guys! Update form me - I’m cancelling classes as I’m going to Dublin for a couple of days. So no classes Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
No classes Easter Sunday.
If you want Monday classes on I need a minimum of six (no less) in them to run them as it’s a bank holiday but happy to keep classes on if they’re busy. So if you want Monday classes on can you please book in now so I can let everyone know I next few days xx
