We are having a whole new computer system installed today 13/3/25 whilst we endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum, please bear with us as delays in prescriptions could be out of our hands. We will prioritise URGENT prescriptions and if you are going to run out of medication please let us know and we will do our best to get it ready for delivery/collection asap. 💊🩺 Advance notice - We are getting a new and improved computer system installed on THURSDAY 13th MARCH. There will be quite a bit of disruption on the day while the engineers install and set up our new system as well as training us all how to use it.
If possible please order your prescription in advance of Thursday or if you have already, please collect it before we close on Wednesday to allow a more seamless switch to our new system. Thanks from everyone at Youngs Pharmacy

**POLITE REMINDER**

When ordering prescriptions through our new automated system, please make sure to leave name/address/ date of birth. We have orders being placed with just names of medication and no patient details which leads to us not being able to place the order with your GP.
