I ran another round of the Elixir course in Oct and Nov this year!
What I love about this online course is how unique each one shapes out to be! Each woman becomes part of the fabric of the circle and together we form something special…

What always strikes me the most is the palpable shift in women when they gain a deep sense and knowledge of how the female body works. A little goes a long way.

It’s lush!

Sharing some of the feedback that I’ve been receiving because I think this really gives a flavour of the course in ways I don’t think I could!

Next round will begin in the Spring…keep a look out if you are curious..

The world needs women who deeply inhabit their pelvis..

In my experience, these women:
- are more connected to their instincts
- are more present to intimacy, pleasure & s£x (and enjoy it more)
- are more connected to their sense of groundedness
- are more connected to their sense of self
- are more connected to the erotic life force
- have less tolerance for bullsh!t
- better ability to know & communicate what they want
- are in touch with their inner wild woman
- have a different (deeper) experience of birth - regardless of how their birth goes
- are less afraid of their power

And soooo much more….

It’s blows my mind how many women go there entire lives without ever connecting to themselves in this way…

In a world that profits off of your exhaustion, disconnection & ignorance of the resource centres within yourself…slowing down & embodying your pelvis is wildly beautiful…
