I am excited to continue offering several Treatments of the Month to ensure there is something for everyone. With September featuring both Migraine Awareness Week and World Reflexology Week, my Treatments of the Month will focus on these.

Have you ever wanted to try reflexology? Or, like me, is it your absolute favourite treatment to receive? So it’s always your go-to choice?

My TOP TO TOE reflexology treatments offer an indulgence of all things reflexology incorporating facial, cranial and foot reflexology? Fabulous! A little bit of everything 👣

Here are the details:

CALM AND FOCUS MASSAGE

• we will begin with a body brush all over the back of your body
• followed by a 40 minute back, neck and shoulder massage using a fabulous Meditation essential oil blend (containing vetiver, sandalwood, frankincense, orange and black pepper pure essential oils)
• ending with 15 minutes of facial and cranial reflexology, working specifically in the areas to help reduce headache/migraine symptoms

This 60 minute treatment is £59 and available throughout September and October

TOP TO TOE REFLEXOLOGY EXPRESS - 60

• we will begin with 20 minutes of facial reflexology
• followed by 10 minutes of cranial reflexology
• ending with 30 minutes of foot reflexology
• you will receive some bath salts and a self-heating eye mask to take away, to continue the relaxation at home

This 60 minute treatment is £59 and available throughout September and October

TOP TO TOE REFLEXOLOGY LUXE - 75

• we will begin with a 10 minute foot soak/scrub
• then there will be 20 minutes of facial reflexology
• followed by 15 minutes of cranial reflexology
• ending with 30 minutes of foot reflexology
• you will receive some bath salts and a self-heating eye mask to take away, to continue the relaxation at home

This 75 minute treatment is £74 and available throughout September and October

TOP TO TOE REFLEXOLOGY ULTIMATE - 90

• we will begin with a 10 minute foot soak/scrub
• then there will be 25 minutes of facial reflexology
• followed by 15 minutes of cranial reflexology
• ending with 40 minutes of foot reflexology
• you will receive some bath salts and a self-heating eye mask to take away, to continue the relaxation at home

This 90 minute treatment is £89 and available throughout September and October

Check out this great review for my Soul to Sole package - this is a treatment that includes a little bit of everything! 🤩

There are different lengths of time available for this - 60/75/90/105 minutes so you can have a proper chill out if you like. Completely top to toe! 🤗

All of my sessions are bespoke, to suit you on the day, but I will be introducing a new element to my treatment menu very soon - where you select a block of time and then you choose exactly what treatments you want to fill the time. Keep you eyes peeled for that launching 👀

From September I will be amending my opening hours and days. This will be a trial to see how things go. Hopefully you can still get in to see me when it suits you.

Here are the new days/times:

Alternate Sundays - 10am - 5pm
Monday - 11.30am - 6.30pm
Tuesday - 11.30am - 6.30pm
Wednesday - CLOSED
Thursday - 11am - 6pm
Alternate Fridays - 11.30am - 5pm
Saturday - CLOSED

I will also be closed from Saturday 27th September and not return to work until Monday 20th October - a work conference 🤓 some gigs 🎶 and a wonderful holiday 😎 will all be happening during that time. So make sure you get your appointments booked in before I go.

Here is a great review from a lady who has been coming to see me weekly. She has lymphoedema and I have been doing reflexology and massage, and the reduction in swelling has been amazing. Christine has been very happy with the progress and I’m chuffed that I was able to help her 🥰

Just to be clear, this is NOT a lymphatic drainage treatment - I don’t do those.
This is reflexology, massage and my years of training and experience that has meant that the treatment has brought a successful outcome for Christine

You may (or may not) know that for some months now I have been waiting patiently for my new premises to be ready. Well the time has finally arrived! Yay! 🥳

My last day at Sparkle Beauty will be Wednesday 4th June - this Wednesday. And then it will be all systems go to get everything moved into my new premises 📦

I will be working from the new premises from Monday 9th June - just over a week away!

📍 The address details are: 486 Durham Rd, Low Fell. NE9 6HU
It is above Bell Estate Agents but we have our own entrance - see the photo attached

Please note that it is an upstairs property with no lift - do let me know if this will cause an issue for your appointment

🅿️ Parking is available at Cross Keys Lane car park (NE9 6DA) - this is chargeable. Last time I checked it was 50p per hour and charges applied Mon-Sat, 9am - 5.30pm.
If you have the PayByPhone app then the code to use is 804081.
I believe the machine also accepts cash.
Please DO NOT scan any QR code at the car park - this will most likely be a scam.
Make sure you check the details of charges at the car park in case my information is out of date

Please bear with me in the first few weeks/months whilst I get signage, door access system, decor etc sorted. And also whilst I get used to working in a new space, to make sure everything is as comfortable for you as possible
