LETS WELCOME IN JANUARY

Have you gone back to work yet? Or have you managed to stretch the break out for a little bit longer? I’ve gone back to work today (Sunday 4th Jan) for a few days, then off again until Monday 12th, then it’ll be a case of getting back into my normal routine

I’ve been reflecting on the past year and remembering what has happened in my business 🥳

I did an intensive, 5 month sound practitioner course at the beginning of the year, and I am now offering sound sessions - for groups as well as 1-2-1’s 🎶
Going forward I hope to do group sound sessions on the 2nd Monday and last Thursday of every month - the next one is Monday 12th January 6.15-7.30pm - get in touch if you’d like to book a space 💌

Me and Julie became business partners, created The Treatment Rooms Low Fell, and moved into our larger premises at the beginning of June - can’t believe it’s been 7 months already! We are still making tweaks to make it as comfortable as possible for your treatments but everyone seems to love the space. We do too! 🤩

Moving back to Low Fell has been such a great move and it’s lovely to see past clients coming back through the doors, as well as new people finding me for the first time. I’m so grateful to be so busy 🤗

Happy New Year 🥳

Just a quick message to wish you a Happy New Year and I hope you’ve had a chance to have some relaxation time over the festive period 🥰

I seem to have eaten lots of pigs in blankets 🐷 mince pies and drank red wine 🍷 and Baby Guinness - once we’d mastered how to make them!
Back to the gym for me on Monday 🏋️

I’ll be back in the treatment room on Sunday 4th January, working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I’ll then be having a few more days off for my birthday, and back to normal from Monday 12th January

I’ve just completed my last session in my treatment room before Christmas and I’m looking forward to a few days off

December has been a really busy month and hopefully everyone who has been through the door has enjoyed their complementary 10 minute sound session 🎁

I’ll be back to work on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December - both days are fully booked - followed by a Twixmas Chill with Sound on Tuesday evening (also fully booked)

My gift to you this festive season is to offer everyone who has a 60 minute treatment (or longer) booked in December to a FREE 10 minute extension to your appointment to incorporate some sound healing/therapy. Hopefully this will help you find the inner peace amidst the chaos.

Unfortunately this is not available for 30 or 45 minute appointments as there is not enough time at the end of your booked time slot to incorporate this. However, you could always extend your appointment to take advantage of this offer.

Here are the details of my December Treatments of the Month which are available throughout December only.

Winter Warmer
Back cleanse and scrub
Hot stone (Himalayan salt) back, neck and shoulder massage with a Winter Woodland essential oil blend (silver fir, cypress, frankincense and vetiver)
Ending the session with a facial acupressure massage and cranial reflexology
This 60 minute treatment is £64 and is available throughout December

Christmas Puddi-cure
Foot soak and scrub using a Christmas Pudding fragranced scrub (winter spices with orange and lemon)
Reflexology (feet)

You can extend this treatment if time allows in the diary - 75 mins for £74 or 90 mins for £89

Could you commit to spending £5 in a local, independent shop instead of a chain this week?

Doesn’t have to be my treatment room, there are lots of fabulous independent businesses in Low Fell, but think of the impact that could have.

Spend £5 with me (I know you can’t get a treatment for a fiver but I’ll come back to what you CAN get) and then I go and spend £5 in another local independent shop.

These are just examples, there are many, many more independent businesses on Low Fell - do you use them?

They use that £5 to pay their staff who in turn go and spend it in another local, independent business. Or it keeps the lights on. Or they use it to pay their suppliers. You get the picture.

Anyway, back to what you can get with me for a fiver (or less)
I have some heated eye masks in various fragrances, including Elf Eyes for kids (think Christmas Eve boxes) for £4 each.
Or I have some handmade bath salts in various fragrances for £3 (for a 75g pouch) or only £8 for a 150g jar.
Hopefully you’ll think of my small business when you’re looking for small, reasonably priced Christmas gifts 🎁
