25 years!! Well I never thought when I ran my 1st group that id still be doing it all these years later lol. Ive met some fabulous people -some alas are no longer with us , seen kids grow up, made friends for life, i can still remember the 1st person i got to Target and its a true privilege to play a part on helping people change their lives. There has been challenges, times when ive doubted myself but they are few . Im lucky to have a very good support network to get me through. Its exciting to be a part of a company that doesnt stand still and continues to evolve and I look forward to seeing what the future brings! Give me a like or comment whether you are a current member or have been one in the past ❤️ and help me celebrate 🥳 I wont say heres to the next 25 lmao but id say theres a few years left in me yet 🤣🤣 fans

Well that was a rather damp little postering session but got to spread the news about my lush groups a bit more. Few in springwell village - Style Lynz at Beauty over the Road guide post and Springwell Village Community Venue then found some great shops in Concord I didn't even know were there! Thank you to pricewise, lily bow florists which has a lovely fruit shop and flowers im gonna go back to! Pricewise had some canny bits in as did the charity shop , theres a friendly opticians some hairdressers and even an old fashioned sweet shop too! Thank you for supporting me and helping spread the word!

Ooh yesterdays dinner was a good un!
Pizza 🍕 topped gammon using calcium choice for cheese 🧀, mushrooms, jalapeños, onions and ham , chips and coleslaw not even 0.5 S.w.i.p.s used for yog in coleslaw and it kept me going till after group.

Some of my lovely meals ive enjoyed this week to lose weight ..we were away sat for the day in London and out with the bairns on monday ( took my packed lunch lol) and although Saturday was over my daily allowance I no longer feel guilty you just continue from next thing you have to eat ( something that was talked about in group this week) and we go again! Happy Friday everyone ❤️
