Last nights tea was random but tasty lol chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn, jalapeΓ±os cooked in stock, garlic, chilli and cumin . Mixed with orzo then had half calcium choice mature cheddar and calcium choice seriously spreadable lighter. Lurvely!

Bit of a different face to face Friday for me today ( well mal says there's a difference lol) I can officially introduce my gorgeous new granddaughter Maya and this is 5 years ago when I 1st met Harry her brother..I do feel stronger, in a much better mindset and healthier oh longer hair too lmao 🀣 🀣
We spoke in group about our long term "why" this week as understanding that helps you along the way to stay motivated .
