PEOPLE OF YORKSHIRE/ WAKEFIELD

Yesterday after an event one of our staff discovered a nail in their tyre 🤦‍♂️

With a 3 hour journey ahead and the time now 3pm we tried getting them into some national chains (which will remain anonymous) but they all closed at 4pm and said they wouldn't have time, couldn't get them in, or it was take them past 4pm closing so wouldn't do it.

STEP FORWARD Tyre Warehouse Wakefield these 2 legends on a SUNDAY stayed open late just to ensure our team could get home.

Not only that they didn't charge any extra for the repair or for having to stay back late.

They charged their normal rate, got the job done and our team back on the road in no time.

Small businesses need support now more than ever so if your in the area looking for tyres etc pop in and see them, absolute legends

We're almost ready 😜🙌

For the first cycle event of 2025 🙌🙌🙌

BC guidelines clearly state for road races, there should be a independent vehicle with medic ro follow the race and a secondary medic/ first aider to deal with any incidents, so the race can continue and doesn't lose cover.

We provide both medics and a vehicle 😜

2 medics that could be separated means 2 kits!!! That's 2 of everything!!

Leaving a medic without kit when another incident could occur is not acceptable.

As cycling season kicks off, please ensure you're providers are providing the correct level of cover.

At the end of the day it is the event organiser who has overall legal responsibility for it.
