Happy New Year everyone!

As 2025 draws to a close I wanted to post a personal thank you to all of my patients, my colleagues, my family, and every supporter who has trusted me, stood by me, and believed in my vision. Your loyalty and commitment mean more than words can ever express.

This year has been one of real growth. I invested thousands of pounds and countless hours into mentorship and development. I trained harder, expanded my roles, welcomed new colleagues, rebranded and evolved, worked smarter, ran academy courses, stepped into regional leadership, championed practitioners, won awards, and showed up in an industry that at times felt overwhelming.
I even found myself standing in rooms and speaking on stages I once only dreamed of.

I won’t pretend it was easy. I experienced burnout and couldn’t keep up with the demand of new patients, and running a business. On top of struggling with a profound personal grief that I hid from the masses, but those moments taught me powerful lessons: not to forget myself, to ask for help, and to outsource.
That shift changed everything. For the first time in 20 years, I made the brave decision to step away from my employed nursing role and fully back myself and the vision that is @415. My drive to continue to help patients rediscover confidence, self-belief, and seeing their transformations remains the greatest privilege of my career and I value each and every one of you.

2026 already feels exciting with the planned launch of new treatments, new devices, and a deeper sense of purpose than ever before.

With endless gratitude and so much love to you all who are in this path with me. I hope 2026 is a year of greatness for every single one of you .

💛 Before the big man comes down the chimney - I want to wish all my followers, colleagues, patients & friends a very Merry Christmas!

✨ This has been a particularly busy month, so I just want to thank everyone for trusting me & my team with their gorgeous faces over the last few weeks! I hope you’re going into the festive & New Year period feeling full of well deserved self-confidence!

🎄 I’m doing a bit of self-care as a HUGE present to myself! This will be the first time in ages that I’m scheduling myself some proper time off over Christmas!

▫️We are now officially closed & will reopen January 5th!
