What to expect:

Opening circle, cacao ceremony, and meditation to welcome you in (Please note cacao is not recommended during pregnancy)

Move and connect to music, from tribal beats to uplifting lyrics

(Pregnancy session - Learn about intuitive labour/birthing movements)

Closing circle (with an opportunity to share)

Give yourself the freedom to move, release, and connect.

What a fun morning with Charlotte... it was the first time we've taken part in the Inflatable 5km, but it won't be the last. Especially as my Phoebe from Friends run made an appearance. Haha!
