REMINDER TO CHECK MEDICATION 💊

In the care sector we understand the importance of checking medication to ensure no mistakes are made. It's incredibly important to take your time with medication calls, whether your tending to a new service user or someone you've assisted before.

You should always check the following:
⭐ Is it the correct medicine?
⭐ Is it the correct dosage?
⭐ Is it in date?
⭐ Is it safe to take with other medication?
⭐ Has it been stored in an appropriate place?
⭐ Does the service user have enough stocked up?

Golden Oldies Tea Dance at Silver Court 🪩

Our incredible team at Perfect Care Gateshead organised another event at local extra care facility, Silver Court.

Together, our service users and the residents of Silver Court came together for a truly special Golden Oldies Tea Dance. Our guests enjoyed a fantastic selection of classic tunes that had many feet tapping along, and many even getting up to dance!

Guests were treated to a delicious buffet, with plenty of refreshments to enjoy while catching up with friends old and new. Events like these are a beautiful reminder of the power of connection and the happiness that comes from spending time together.

This was an excellent opportunity for our team to come together, share best practices, strengthen our skills and ensure that we are continuing to provide the highest standard of care across the region.
