What a way to spend a Saturday … 5k park run done then out for 3 hours with mother telling the whole of the fell aboot wor Slimming World groups in the area thanks to The Victoria Bar and Kitchen for a lush proper cup of tea when we finished and thanks to all the local businesses that have supported us

It’s been a busy little productive day but that’s my Friday done ✔️ right!! Lush morning on calls to my team, hospital check up with con team meeting all afternoon, some great news at work then finishing off with a fab workout now for food!! Chicken pasta anyone?!? Oh how my Friday night wine has changed, and all for the better!! ❤️🥰

When only a burger will do 😍.

Una (its_never_too_late_to_restart on Instagram) has created this mouth-watering fish burger stack – and even topped the bun with tomato purée and mozzarella for a pizza-style twist 👀🤤.

Served with carrot chips and a fresh, crunchy salad, it’s comfort food that’s 100% Food Optimising 🙌.

IT JUST HAD TO BE DONE 🤣🤣 my box was crying out to be a delicious pudding.
A few of my members have been bringing baking apples to group after their recent harvest from their gardens. Time to use some😄

APPLE CRUMBLE
200g cooked weight of baking apple(3syns) sprinkled with cinnamon, sweetener & drizzled with diet cloudy lemonade. Microwave 2.30 mins

100g Alpro Vanilla Soya Yogurt (1syn) heated in microwave 45 secs stirring every 15 secs

2 hifi bars(healthy extrab), whizzed in mini chopper & airfried 3 mins (didn't crisp but was warm & sticky 😋)
