Today’s delights ….

Breakfast - gluten free Quaker Oats porridge 🥣 sachet (he) with skimmed milk (he) banana 🍌 raspberries and blueberries 🫐 and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (1swip)

Quick lunch - Aldi smoked salmon fillet (1swip) with broccoli and reduced sugar sweet chilli (1.5)

Tea - Aldi UK less than 5% fat burgers (1.5) with a big portobello 🍄‍🟫 mushroom rocket onions peppers gherkins sw chips and a slice of cheese (he)

Also had this 0% gin for 0.5 too

It’s another crazy busy day today so tasty beans on toast with cherry tomatoes underneath instead of butter and two slices of ham delicious and free with only half a healthy extra hifi for later with fruit and yogurt incase im peckish… come see me at felling this morning or Hebburn tonight ❤️☺️
