Although we reopened for face to face care on 8th June we are still heavily restricted with what we can offer. This is due to government guidance on social distancing and the use of aerosols. This is needed for staff and patient safety.
Please watch the following video and if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to message us. 🦷

29/05/2020

Following the recent news of dentists being allowed to open from the 8th June we would like to give our patients more information regarding our opening hours.
Due to the short notice period, restricted PPE, enhanced cleaning protocols and social distancing we need to carry out, we are unable to treat patients for routine appointments including a scale and polish at this current time.
The practice telephone triage system that is currently in place will still be ongoing. Our door will remain closed for social distancing reasons and patients with severe toothache will be given an appointment time to enter the practice following on from a telephone consultation with a member of our team first.
We thank you for your continued patience and look forward to welcoming you back for routine care soon. 🦷

20/05/2020

We hope our patients are staying safe and well during lockdown.
The safety of our staff and patients is a high priority to us as at Park View therefore we are still following the latest government advice. This means we are still unable to treat patients face to face and currently only open for triage over the phone.
Our staff can assist with advice, prescriptions and urgent dental referrals where required to existing and new patients.
Please call during our working hours on 01914692228 🦷

LATEST UPDATE

The guidelines are changing rapidly and it is now clear all dental practices are unable to see any patient in a face to face environment due to unavailable PPE equipment.
This means no emergency treatment at all in the practice.
However we are open for urgent care advice over the phone during working hours.
Please call 01914692228.
If the clinician feels you need further urgent dental care, you may be referred a Local Urgent Dental Care Setting and we can also triage with your doctor regarding prescriptions if required.
You can also email the practice at info@parkviewfamilydental.co.uk with any concerns.
Thank you for your understanding.

🦠 COVID-19 Update 🦠
We are keeping up to date with changing guidelines from CDO and gov.uk website.
We are now running a reduced service in routine dental check-up appointments to reduce the need to travel and social distancing.
Some of our services will be suspended due to avoiding aerosol generating procedures wherever possible.
We will be staying open until told otherwise to accommodate with dental emergencies for current and new NHS patients, this hopefully will help ease the strain to our hospitals.
We ask patients to follow the gov.uk guidelines on social distancing and self isolation when required.
