✨ New Term Starts Tomorrow! ✨

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you back to Tyne Physio Pilates for the start of our new term tomorrow. It will be lovely to see so many familiar faces — and a big warm welcome to all of our new class members too!

New to our classes?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, come and find me, and I’ll happily run through the basics with you before we begin.

A gentle reminder of our class etiquette:
• Please arrive on time
• Remove shoes on entering the hall
• Store belongings on the hooks and shelves provided
• Phone-free zone
• Respect others and their space

Many of our classes are fully booked this term, so when choosing your mat space, please leave a sensible gap between yourself and the next person. This helps everyone settle comfortably and avoids last-minute squeezing in at the back.

If you have any outstanding fees, please send payment by 3rd January to make sure your place is held for you.

Unpaid spaces will be offered to our waiting list after this date.

As the seasons change, here’s a gentle reminder of our class rules and etiquette

1. Arrive on Time
Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to settle in, catch up with friends, and find your perfect spot.

2. Store Your Belongings
With the wet and chilly weather rolling in, please pop your shoes, coats, and bags on the shelves and hooks at the back of the room.

3. Phone-Free Zone
Silence or switch off your phones so everyone can enjoy the class without distractions.

4. Keep Conversation to a Minimum
We love the support and community spirit, but please save longer chats for before or after class.

5. Please Don’t Attend if You’re Unwell
Rest up and help prevent the spread of illness. Message me, and we’ll try to arrange a swap into another class that same week.

6. Injuries & Health Changes
Let your instructor know about any injuries or changes to your health before class begins.

7. Respect Others
Be mindful of your surroundings and respectful of everyone sharing the space.
