Wow… what a way to celebrate my birthday weekend!! 🎉💖

Learning how to teach Reformer Pilates with the BEST & the best bunch of people 🫶 honestly couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience. Jess is such a brilliant teacher 🌟 your knowledge and energy are just incredible!!

And to all my group … you were all AMAZING 💕 so supportive, uplifting, and just an all-round dream team ✨

A huge thank you to Dan who’s been with me throughout this whole journey 🤍 I truly couldn’t have done it without you encouraging me every step of the way 🙏

What an awesome Easter weekend spent doing my favourite things—Pilates, sea swims, yoga, got a couple of runs in, then rounding it off at the gym. 🐣🌊🏃‍♀️✨

I had a lush review for my Pilates & Yin Yoga session—so grateful for the love and energy in that space. 💛🙌

The dogs lived their best life, the beach was calling, and I packed in loads of practice—especially reformer time. 🐾🏖️🫶

I can’t wait to share what I’ve been up to next… it’s been pure joy, pure soul, pure momentum. 🌸🌞🚀✨

✨ Welcome April… my birthday month! 🎂🌸

So many exciting things happening this month for Mystic Body & Mind 💫

I’ve been at Pilatease Consett shadowing their amazing teachers while working towards my Pilates reformer training 🖤 and (eeeek!) I’m hoping to complete it on the 12th April 🤞✨

Reformer is actually what brought me back to Pilates a couple of years ago — although I still LOVE the mat 🧘‍♀️💖 it’s such a brilliant way to move, feel stronger and reconnect with your body. If you haven’t tried it before… you’re in for a treat 😍

I’ll also be doing lots more mat Pilates & sea dips this month 🌊❄️ (my fave way to reset & recharge 💙)

I’ll be teaching classes very soon 👀 so watch this space!!

Two years ago, I dreamed of becoming a yoga & Pilates teacher, sharing sessions on the beach with my love for the sea—sea dips, chats, and all! 🌊💙 Last year, I completed my Yin & Hatha yoga training, and this year, I nailed my Pilates training! 💪✨

Last night, that dream came true! I led the most amazing group of ladies—we moved, we breathed, we giggled, we screamed (the sea was freezing! 🥶), but it filled my heart completely ❤️

Last night at Mystic Body & Mind, I had the joy of hosting a beautiful Pilates & Yin Yoga session right here in the salon. ✨ The energy was incredible — we flowed through mindful alignment, breath, and centering with Pilates principles 💪🌬️, then gently eased into the deep, calming release of Yin Yoga 🧘‍♀️🌙. Huge thanks to everyone who joined and shared such lovely feedback 💖🙏. Can’t wait to do it again! 🌿💫

After months of dedication, we did it! 🌟 I’ve just completed my Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor course with the incredible team at , 🥳 with the best bunch of girls supporting each other 🙌
Heather our group teacher was truly inspirational, guiding us through every step. Not gonna lie, it’s been tough—Pilates has taken over my life and pushed me far beyond my comfort zone. I’m sure you’re all tired of my endless Pilates chats and my attempts to get anyone nearby to practice with me! 😅

Exciting news: I’ll be starting community Pilates classes every Monday night, alongside my Yin & Hatha yoga sessions in the salon. And from May, I’ll be joining the amazing Molly at Divine Intervention in Leadgate—such a beautiful space to grow and share this journey. ✨

Plus, I’m planning monthly beach Pilates sessions with a refreshing sea dip for all my beautiful dipping friends—pure magic for body and soul. 🌊💫

Oh, and I’m currently working on my reformer qualification too, so stay tuned for even more ways to move, breathe, and connect. Let’s make this journey fun, spiritual, and full of light! 🧘‍♀️💖🌿

✨✨ WOW… what a year it’s been ✨✨

Going back to my holistics at Mystic Holistic has been nothing short of amazing 🤍 Reconnecting with my roots and passion has truly filled my cup 🌿

Adding the Japanese Head Spa has been SO rewarding 💆‍♀️✨ I’ve loved being able to offer this beautiful, nourishing treatment as an added experience for you all 🌸

This year I also completed my Yoga Teacher Training 🧘‍♀️📜 and I’m already adding to it as we speak 👀✨ I cannot wait to bring Yin Yoga classes to my community when I return from my holidays 🕯️🌙

AND… I’m currently working towards another certificate, hoping to qualify in March 🤞📚✨
