Following news today regarding the collapse of Safe Hands Funeral Plans, we would like to reassure all our families that have purchased funeral plans through E Bush Ltd that your plans are managed and administered by Golden Charter Later Life Planning and the funds held securely within the Golden Charter Trust.

Recent media coverage regarding the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) regulation of the funeral plan market, which will take effect from 29 July 2022, suggested that some funeral planning companies may leave the market entirely.
