Thank you to everyone who joined us for yesterday’s session 🖤

What a laugh we had! It was such a lovely afternoon filled with connection, positivity and relaxation. We then finished with a beautiful guided meditation infused with hypnotherapy, helping everyone unwind and reset

A special mention to the beautiful handmade goodies too they were absolutely gorgeous and added such a lovely touch to the session 🌸

Thank you all for bringing such wonderful energy. We can’t wait to do it again 💫

This week has been a lot… mentally, physically, emotionally. The kind of week where you can feel your energy and your body asking you to slow down 🌿
So today, I did exactly that.
We escaped into the bluebell woods… no pressure, no rushing, just fresh air, quiet moments, and a chance to reconnect with nature, with ourselves, and with the present moment 💫
There’s something so grounding about being surrounded by trees and wild flowers. It reminds you that healing doesn’t always have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s as simple as stepping outside, breathing deeper, and allowing yourself to just be.
Energy isn’t something we can constantly give without replenishing. Today was about refilling that cup ✨

Yesterday I went to see a field of tulips, and honestly… my heart felt so full. Standing there surrounded by all those colours, it just hit me how lucky I am to experience moments like that 🌷I just love tulips ❤️

Today I’m off to see a waterfall, continuing to fill my cup and soak it all in before the week ahead.

Don’t forget to do something for you today too even something small. You deserve that 🤍

Stress Awareness Month is a gentle reminder that your body isn’t meant to run on constant pressure.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just “off,” this is your sign to pause and reset even in small ways.

✨ Simple reminders to de-stress:
🖤Take 5 slow, deep breaths…long inhale, longer exhale
🖤Step outside for fresh air, even for 2 minutes
🖤Drink water and nourish your body properly
🖤Say no without guilt..protect your energy
🖤Stretch your body, especially your neck and shoulders
🖤Put your phone down and give your mind a break
🖤Do something that feels good, not just productive

Stress doesn’t always shout…it builds quietly.
Listen to your body before it forces you to slow down.
