we are an utterly dedicated company looking to develop the person, we are looking for the right person who can recognise the right talent suitable to work for First Call healthcare. From Nurses, care assistants to support workers.
This apprenticeship focuses on developing your skills in recruitment and communication, while also earning a nationally recognized qualification and potential a fulltime job and career after you qualify.
Training & Development will be our main focus, You'll receive hands-on training in resourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the recruitment process.
You will learn about recruitment strategies, market trends, and the essentials of building strong relationships.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team who will help guide you through challenges that you might face.
The role is ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to develop a rewarding career in recruitment while contributing to a fantastic team.
We are looking for this person to start within the next four weeks,3 days office based and 1 day at college to learn the finer details required.
