A gentle “Reflect & Reset” moment for the new year ahead 🌿

Here are a few prompts to check in with yourself:

✨ What am I proud of from this year?
✨ When did I feel most like me?
✨ What drained my energy more than I expected?
✨ What helped me through difficult moments?
✨ What do I want more (or less) of next year?

No pressure. No resolutions.
Just space to breathe, reflect, and begin again.

A reminder this Christmas from our Founder Dr Jennifer Cottam, you don’t need to do everything to do enough 🎄

Set boundaries.
Protect your energy.
Make time for yourself.
Say no when you need to.

A calmer Christmas is still a good Christmas ✨

Christmas isn’t easy for everyone, and that’s okay.
The season can bring pressure, expectations, grief, loneliness, or overwhelm.

A gentle reminder:
You don’t have to push through quietly.

Here are a few small ways to look after yourself:
✨ Slow down where you can
✨ Set boundaries that protect your energy
✨ Talk to someone you trust
✨ Take breaks from the noise
✨ Be kind to yourself - it really matters

Reach out early. Small kindnesses (including the ones you show yourself) go a long way.

Burnout doesn’t always look dramatic, sometimes it looks like you quietly holding everything together.

Here are 3 early signs to look out for in yourself:
• You feel more withdrawn or disconnected
• Small tasks suddenly feel overwhelming
• You keep saying “I’m fine” when you’re exhausted

If any of this feels familiar:
âś” Take a moment to pause
âś” Lighten your load where you can
âś” Reach out to someone you trust
âś” Give yourself permission to rest

You deserve support long before burnout takes hold.

Winter can feel heavier with darker days, rising pressure, and less time to pause.

Here are some simple ways to look after yourself this December:

• Get outside during daylight hours
• Short walking breaks or walking meetings
• Set realistic workloads
• Regular check-ins (ask twice)
• Protect breaks and boundaries
• Add moments of connection and kindness

Small habits make a big difference.
