Curious about working for our exceptional team? Today, we are excited to present Ade's personal account as a recent addition to the IPRS Aeromed team, sharing insights as a new Paramedic.

"Having only recently joined IPRS Aeromed I could not be happier! The security based screening and onboarding was relatively quick and easy with great support from the recruitment staff throughout.

The induction was only a day and covered exactly what to expect from this varied role and what expectations there are of me as an autonomous clinician. The back room staff are awesome, friendly and supportive and ensure all of the hard work is done, so I can just turn up, grab my kit and go to work. The out of hours support both clinically and operationally is excellent for when out of the office!

The variety of work is fantastic and to be able to choose when I want to work makes the role even better."
