Very cold morning. 🥶……Cauliflower and broccoli cheese made with added chicken breast… for dinner later! using up old bits of Xmas cheese! never throw away food! if you can do basic cooking you can eat well for cheap. The old Roux sauce making at school has served me well. 💪🏻 protein and fats and veg in one bake.

cold weather calls for a nice hot Tandoori Chicken Curry!! bit hot!! but good to get the batch baking done this evening....

As 2025 comes to an end i would like to personally THANK all my clients and friends for the support ive received during the year. Ive helped many clients and hope to continue my work through 2026. ive had some wonderful success stories. client rehab of TKR he was driving after 3 weeks and had 120 degree bend back in the knee. Ive rehabbed a client who had broken pelvis and sacrum and went on to have Total Hip Replacement. The consultant was so pleased with my work he put her in his Top 10 of recovery. Ive also had 4 clients on my MARS diet plan one lost over 2 stone and the other went from size 28 to an 18! Its been a journey for all of them but not without their own dedication and trust in me, my skills and my method. I hope that as i learn more ( as i never stop learning) i can help make a difference. Wishing everyone Health, Wealth & Happiness… HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🥂🍾💪🏻🏋️

nice simple little Xmas arm workout for your party dresses. nice to tone up! do these every other day. 12 reps 2 or 3 sets each. dont make the weight too heavy if you want to just tone up. You can do these on a chair if you want to isolate other muscle groups and protect your back. It will also help with ex*****on of good technique. Roll on 🎄 Xmas! 🤶
