Aspiring to be the light for those that have struggled or are struggling. Which means I have to continue to do the work.
This week that looks like daily breathwork, yoga, meditation, working out (this one is a push and defo not everyday).
I do all these things to keep my cup full but I find it easier to do them when I know the benefits and what is actually happening.
