Physical stress

Chemical stress
๐Ÿ’Š What you eat, drink, or take into your body matters. Poor hydration, processed foods, alcohol, or even medications can influence how your body functions and

Emotional stress
๐Ÿง  Mental and emotional strain can show up in your body too โ€” in posture, muscle tension, and how your nervous system responds.
