Virgin lips are often the hardest to treat and comprise a big part of my patient base. I treat a lot of aesthetics treatment virgins. They need very little to make a subtle difference and yet still look defined and youthful. This is where skill, good quality product and an artistic eye are the magical trifecta.

Just over 1ML of a combination of Belotero Balance and Belotero Intense were used over two sittings. Two sittings, as slow and gentle produces harmonious and natural looking lips.
The upper lip was contoured, volumised and the imbalance on the patients left corrected. The lower lip hydrated with measured volumisation and tweaking of the oral commisures (mouth corners). The Cupid’s bow and philtral columns (area extending from the nose to upper lip vermillion boarder) defined in line with the contours of the face. Et voila, perfect heart-shaped lips.

A recent survey taken by , asked the public whether Covid-19 would deter them from undertaking aesthetics treatments and if not, what safety measures they’d expect to me in place.
✅A whopping 98% responded they wanted a non-surgical cosmetic procedure, when clinics opened fully.
✅99% said it was imperative the practitioner wash the hands frequently and regularly disinfects clinic areas.
✅100% said it was essential for their practitioner to be wearing PPE and to know how to handle and dispose of it correctly.
✅94% said they would like remote consultations and follow-up appointments to reduce contact time.
✅95% said it was essential the practitioner was a trained health professional with a thorough understanding of infection control.
✅86% said that a thorough health screening was essential.

Prevention is touted as being better than the cure. The model we follow , is a dental one. Infection prevention and control is rigorous and robust from chair-side to desk-top. Just as aesthetic treatments should be carried out by skilled medical professionals, we as medical professionals implement strict protocols and meticulous disinfection.
Twenty four hours, prior to your appointment with Dr. Vivian you’ll be booked in for your virtual assessment. As always this will include an individualised consultation, extensive medical history. Some changes have been made, thanks in no small part to . Recent travel and attendance to public events will be noted. Any newly presenting symptoms such as high temperature, persistent cough or loss of taste and smell, would be indicative of the likelihood of a Sars-Cov-2 infection. Any appointments cancelled as a result will be deferred at no extra cost and re-scheduled at your convenience.
Strict protocols will be in place to ensure your safety, peace of mind and bespoke patient journey, as always .

▫️Virtual consultation.
▫️Pre-appointment screening and temperature check.
▫️Attend appointments promptly and alone.
▫️Waiting rooms and toilets currently closed.
▫️Staggered appointments with one way system.
▫️All staff and patients will abide by 2M rule, with the exception of when treatments are being carried out.
▫️All patients will be required to wear PPE provided; masks, overshoes, hair cap, gloves.
▫️Sanitiser provided, to be used upon entry and exit of clinic.
▫️Staff will be in full PPE during treatment. Masks will be worn at all times.
▫️Infection control and prevention which includes deep cleaning will be undertaken between each visit.
▫️HEPA filters with UVC light in all treatment rooms.
