My Gluten Free journey started 10 years ago when a loved one was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and Lactose Intolerance. Over time it became apparent that there were lots of options available in the supermarket but they lacked the homemade, handcrafted touch and authentic taste. As a doctor I understood the importance of creating an exclusively gluten free product without the risk of cross contamination. Over the years, I have spent time developing gluten and lactose free products which don't compromise on taste or texture. The time is now right to share my products with others who have Coeliac Disease or Lactose Intolerance, or those who simply prefer a healthier gluten free lifestyle.
