Me and one of my boys went for our run tonight. I can't believe how far he's come.. From a wheezy lad with asthma to some who can now run with a little care...he still has asthma, but his lungs are stronger, his breathing is better and he doesn't get the anxiety that his breathlessness is an asthma attack about to happen... He now recognises it as he's just our if puff from running..

Considering starting up the c25k group again. After breaking my shoulder at Hogmanay and the subsequent loss of fitness, I've only now just started to feel fit enough to competently take out a group of people starting running again. I'm just monitoring the covid/lockdown situation before green lighting it..

Sorry I haven’t been doing much here...there’s a number of reasons
1) Covid has stopped everything
2) I broke my shoulder and that stopped me.

Ok....the new lockdown has stopped this starting...also I slipped on the ice recently and fractured my shoulder...so no running at all for me..

Heat can often make exercise and activities feel harder.. This is because heat is another stress our body has to deal with. I've did my run after 10pm tonight. It's cooled down a lot and it's still pretty light out.

Reducing potential stressors can make every thing start to feel easier. What would be the easiest stress for you to remove or reduce?
