Every session I complete at Nu You generates a small percentage donated to this Kent based, growing charity.

Your relaxation, your health and your wellbeing treat = a business owner, that has received a devastating cancer diagnosis, receiving support, coaching and guidance to help keep their business while they go through cancer treatment. Sole traders like myself have no sick pay, no financial support if we face lengthy treatment and recovery through this illness.

So a busy day for me means 6 relaxed, happy clients and another donation to Stonger Together Through Cancer CIC

I am sorry for the silence from me so far this year. My family has had a devastating start to our year with the tragic loss of my Dad in a hit and run accident on the 29th December.

My Dad was going to turn 90 in August this year and was, throughout his life a fit, strong man. He had recovered well from a stroke 3 years ago and was not unwell or fragile.

My Dad was also my client. He was a quiet and constant supporter of my work. When he was younger he would occasionally suffer back problems. Spasms and pain in his lower back. When I set up my business he started to come and see me regularly, once a week. As he got older, and then suffered a stroke, we together adapted around life events. Although he recovered from the stroke, I always knew that one day he would no longer be here with us, and that I would feel honoured to have been part of his regular care.

Professionally and personally I will miss him hugely and thank him for his enduring support, in all aspects of my life ❤
