Then time to change and break for herbal teas around the fire pit .

To finish we meet on the Mats for a woodland sound bath outside surrounded by nature.

This walk and talk is for late diagnosed women to come together and connect.

Our walk will start at Stourhead head but we’re taking the local route, so quieter route, unseen country side, full of nature and great views.

✨1/2 hr circular route

✨coffee & loos on site before we leave or once back.

✨Welcome to sunset sauna and sound baths location ✨

Our first event was a great success, so we have decided to roll these out through the summer months .

A curated Ibiza chilled out play list whilst feeling the heat of the sauna watching the sunset, cold water immersion to up those dopamine levels in between.

Then gather in the fire lite bothy for a pure relaxation sound bath to set you up for the weekend ahead .
