As an out gay man in a committed relationship with Bluebird Care, I feel that I have been very welcome within the team and not judged based on who I choose to love. Sadly, in former companies, I've been discriminated against for being gay, but at Bluebird Care, I am valued as a person and for the care and support I can offer our customers.

Since joining Bluebird Care, I have achieved the role of Deputy Manager owing to my hard work and dedication to my job. Thanks to working in a fantastic team, I know this is something I have truly earned, not just something that fills a quota or ticks a box.

To everyone at Bluebird Care, from the Care Professionals to the Managers and to the Director himself, thank you for treating me fairly, equally and kindly.
