Tamzin is a Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer based in North Dorset. The services provided range from Personal Training sessions, both in an independent gym in Shaftesbury, and home visits too. She also offers Sports & Deep Tissue Massages, to aid recovery, recuperation and relaxation. Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage and Reiki are also available.

Not long back from my annual pilgrimage to Therapy Expo - two days of lectures, shopping for the clinic, & making connections with other therapists & business owners. As usual, I managed to attend a whole variety of lectures covering a multitude of topics. I’ll write a more comprehensive post next week. But, safe to say I’ve come back with enthusiasm & desire to continue striving to be the best Spots Massage Therapist that I can be, & to help as many of you as possible! Xx

You’d never guess that my (main) clinic is near the Neal’s Yard Factory shop!! My Mamma G popped down there to stock up for me last week…..there’s something about these beautiful oils, so rich & luxurious, they really elevate your treatment.

Good evening,
As we prepare for another week starting, the seasons changing & new aims taking focus, I thought I would pop on with a little reintroduction.
My name is Tamzin & I am the owner of The Phoenix Clinic, here in the beautiful Dorset countryside, on the outskirts of Gillingham/Shaftesbury. I have been a Sports Massage Therapist for the past 16years, working with a variety of injuries, ailments & conditions.
Now for some exciting news - not only am I now able to take on a few more regular clients in this clinic, but I am also taking on a regular Friday treatment space at the beautiful JLN beauty in Old Sarum 🎉🙌
I will be offering Sports/Deep Tissue/Remedial Massage, to help ease all those aches, pains & tensions. I truly believe in the power of a restorative massage, so please do drop me a message to see how I can help.
