The services provided range from Personal Training sessions, both in an independent gym in Shaftesbury, and home visits too. She also offers Sports & Deep Tissue Massages, to aid recovery, recuperation and relaxation. Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage and Reiki are also available.
