Premier Inn-all you can eat breakfast! 🥰

The unlimited choice, the smell of fresh pastries 🥐 my absolute favourite hash browns and the Nutella and pancakes! 🥞

It would have tasted fantastic, but would it have helped me achieve my weight loss goals?

No!

So a better choice was made this morning…. 🌅

I’m still feeling full, I still ate plenty and I’m moving closer to where I’d love to be ❤️
