As most of you are aware, as a family, Cancer has played a big part in our lives for the last 3 years, watching those I love battle with their diagnosis and seeing the side effects cancer treatments can have on the body and mind, made me want to try to help in any way I could.

My ‘go to’ has always been touch therapies, and how healing any form of massage, reflexology, and holistic treatments can be, so it felt only natural to expand my knowledge into Oncology Massage.

A diagnosis doesn’t mean you cant receive your own beautiful and healing treatments, so this will now be another service I offer.

For me it’s a privilege to be part of someone’s healing journey 🫶🏻

Welcome to Comforting Care Therapies.🫶🏻
My name is Karen and I am a certified Oncology Massage Therapist.
I have been in the Beauty & Spa industry for over 20 years, and have ran my own buisness for 10 years, specialising in bespoke individual treatments, concentrating on wellbeing and relaxation.
After experiencing first hand both my mum and sister going through their cancer journeys and seeing how debilitating the side effects of cancer can be , in both the body and mind I knew it this was an area I wanted to explore.
For me it’s a privilege to be part of someone’s healing journey and I’m Passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals, whether this be pain relief, reduce symptoms relating to cancer treatment and stress/anxiety, ease of movements and improve quality of sleep….there are numerous benefits that massage & reflexology can have on the whole body.
