Elisha has been working with us as a Care Assistant since February 2025, bringing compassion, understanding, and a genuine willingness to help others to everything she does.

Outside of work, Elisha loves getting creative with arts and crafts, tackling puzzles, and socialising – she’s rarely at home! When it’s time to unwind, you’ll usually find her relaxing with a good programme on television.

Looking ahead, Elisha is keen to continue developing her skills and would like to complete her NVQ in Care, something we’re proud to support as part of her career journey.
