Swale Family Hubs are running a programme called Healing Together (at Murston Family Hub) which is a 6-week programme for children and young people aged 4 to 16 who have been affected by domestic abuse. It is designed to help understand how their brain and body can work together to support feelings of safety and calm. Attendees will not be asked to share personal experiences during the sessions. A pre-assessment appointment will be arranged as part of the programme.
