✨ A simple breathing exercise to help slow things down ✨
When we’re stressed or busy, many of us start breathing more shallowly into the chest and neck.
Diaphragm breathing encourages a more relaxed, efficient breathing pattern and can help reduce tension and support nervous system regulation.
Instead of breathing into the upper chest, the breath expands lower into the ribcage and abdomen.
You can do this anywhere — sitting, standing, or lying down. You don’t need to be in a specific position for it to be effective.
