I am a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor with over 10 years experience in helping adults, young people and children in Medway Towns. I provide a safe, nurturing space for you to explore and make sense of how perhaps past trauma, relationship fails, bereavement or obsessive behaviours are affecting how you feel about yourself, your life and the lives of those around you.
I have specialist knowledge of working with individuals who have experienced problems with addictions, primarily drugs and alcohol. Having over 15 years experience of assisting people on their journey of recovery from addiction I fully understand the process of a Twelve Step Programme.
