Our wonderful Care Assistant, Alex, has been with us for 4 years! Over that time, she has truly made a difference — always going above and beyond for her clients and consistently delivering outstanding care. Her compassion, dedication, and positivity never go unnoticed, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team.

To celebrate International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, we wanted to take a moment to recognise the incredible women who are at the heart of everything we do.

Our amazing Care Assistants show compassion, patience and dedication every single day, supporting our clients with warmth, dignity and genuine care. They truly make a difference in people’s lives.

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Ellie has stepped into her new role as Care Coordinator / Senior Care Assistant here at Right at Home Medway!

Ellie will now be working in the office as part of our coordination team, while still heading out to visit her wonderful clients — the perfect balance of leadership and hands-on care.

🎉💐 Celebrating an Incredible 100 Years — Happy Birthday, P! 💐🎉

Everyone at Right at Home Medway would like to send the biggest and warmest birthday wishes to our wonderful client P as she celebrates her 100th birthday — what an amazing and truly special milestone.

P is an absolute joy and brings so much warmth and happiness to everyone who spends time with her. She is deeply loved and thought so highly of by all who visit, and it was only right that her special day was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of celebration.

A couple of her regular carers stopped by to help make the day extra special, along with our Operations Director, Claire Lynch, who arrived with flowers and a cake to mark such a remarkable occasion. Moments like these remind us how lucky we are to be part of such meaningful journeys and celebrations.
