Just a quick hello to everyone!!
Sorry all to everyone but due to relocation there has been no open mini medics courses for a while...
I am hoping to have some going over the October half term and Christmas holidays.
I have missed teaching it so much but have been busy teaching cubs and scouts, along with schools and my worst group of all...grown ups!
I will update as soon as I have a venue confirmed and keep your eyes peeled as we are looking at new venues across Kent. If you have any queries please do not hesitate in contacting me.

Hi all, last summer was a fantastic success with mini medics, the children were awesome and so keen to learn this life saving skill. Because of this we are gauging interest for this year, we would love to be able to run courses but need enough interest. So if your child is aged 5-14 and you would like them to attend a course then please either comment below or message us.
We are also hoping to run basic life support lessons for those aged 15-17.
If you would like to have us come to your venue (guides, scouts, youth club etc) then please get in touch. We are also happy to do group booking and parties, just let us know.
Please feel free to share with your friends so more people can be aware of these opportunities.

COURSE PRICES;
Paediatric First Aid £60 per person
Mini Medics £15 per child
Basic Life Support £20 per person
Family First Aid £45 per family

Courses will take place at the Lampard Centre.
We hope this amended schedule will give more people the opportunity to learn or develop the life saving skill that is first aid. All courses are delivered in a non-formal, practical way so that everybody can get the most out of them. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to book a place.

Hi all.
We are pleased to announce that we are running some courses over the Easter Holidays. As well as Mini Medics courses for 5-14 year olds we are running Basic Life support for 14+, Family First Aid sessions so all the family can learn together and also accredited Paediatric First Aid and Emergency First Aid at work.
All courses will be held at the Lampard Centre in Brompton.
3rd/ 4th April Paediatric First Aid- £60
7th April; 10am-1pm Mini Medics- £15
1.30pm-4.30pm Basic Life Support- £20
10th April; 10am-1pm Mini Medics- £15
11th April;10am-1pm Family First Aid- £45

Good Morning everyone!
Lots of things happening soon, British summertime begins so our children want to play out more, some of us have children venturing off to either primary or secondary school in September.
Why not set them up with a skill for life and give yourself some reassurance in knowing that they would be able to help in an emergency.
A mini medics course provides them with confidence and knowledge from keeping themself safe, calling an ambulance, keeping calm and life saving cpr, as well as many, many other aspects of first aid.
This course cost just £15 per person and children from 5- 15 can attend. Each child receives a first aid activity book/manual, a syringe pen and a certificate. We have had fantastic reviews and would like to offer this course to so many more children so please feel free to share to spread the word. Dates and times will be published on this page and we wouldn't want anyone to miss out!
If anyone would like us to come to your club, such as brownies, cubs etc then please feel free to contact us. Also if any mums and tots groups would like to book family first aid sessions then I would be happy to discuss this with you.
You can also contact us for any other first aid courses and we will be happy to help.

Each course is £50 per person and the qualification is valid for 3 years. These are fully accredited and conform to ofsted and EYFS requirements.

Chesney Training Solutions are running the following first aid courses.
Saturday 11th February. Emergency First Aid at Work.
Saturday 18th February. Emergency Paediatric First Aid.
Both courses are fully accredited and the qualification is valid for three years. Ideal for employees, employers or the paediatric is suitable for childminders or parents that would like to learn this life skill. Each course cost £50 per person and will take place at the Lampard Centre, Brompton. Places are limited to 12 people on each course so if you would like to book a place please get in touch.

Good Morning all.
After the success of half-term Mini Medics I am looking to run some mini medics courses (ages 5-14) in the February half term if anyone would be interested. The Mini Medics course cost £15 per child and each child receives an a4 acitivity book/first aid manual, a syringe pen and a certificate. I will also be running a Basic Life Support for ages 14-16. The Basic Life Support Course cost £20 per person. If you would be interested in either of these courses or know some one that would be please feel free to share or contact me.

Saturday 11th February Emergency First Aid at Work (fully accredited and valid for 3 years) at a cost of £60 per person

After the madness that is Christmas we start looking to 2017 and everything it will bring. On behalf of mini medics medway we are hoping to expand and offer this course to many, many more children across medway. We are looking to use more venues across making it more accessible for everyone.
Currently I have a venue booked for Saturday 14th January at the lampard centre. The morning session is 10am-1pm and the afternoon session is 1.30pm-4.30pm. Ages 5 -15 can attend this course and each child will receive an activity book/first aid manual, a syringe pen and a certificate. Price for this course is just £15 and will provide your child with life skills that they can carry with them as they grow. As we approach the holidays I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We are looking forward to running many more mini medics courses from January at various venues making this course more accessible for everyone. So yesterday was the last mini medics course of the year. It really did end on a high with great courses and children going home after really enjoying themselves. I am looking forward to running many more courses next year and given as many children the as possible the opportunity to take part...but I need your help. If everyone can keep sharing the page to get the word out that would be brilliant. Also if anyone knows of any venues that are available for a minimal cost or free so I can keep the cost down for the course. I am also able to come to brownies, beavers scouts or youth clubs to deliver courses to both the adults and children. I am a fully accredited and insured first aid and safeguarding instructor and aim to make all the lessons fun, interesting and most of all I want to keep the costs down for yourselves as I think these groups and activities for children are just brilliant. We are pleased to announce that we are now accredited safeguarding instructors, so as well as mini medics, teaching first aid to adults, teens and children we can now also deliver safeguarding courses. Safeguarding is required for sports clubs, brownies, schools, youth clubs and so on. We will also come to you or your club. If you know someone / an organisation that needs a safeguarding children, young people or vulnerable adults course delivering then please share. Mini Medics Medway are pleased to announce that vouchers for sessions can be brought for Christmas Presents. Any upcoming dates will be sent to you as soon as they become available so you can book a place.
