Tonight I tried out my new compression sleeves, no new personal bests and no pain. Just the onset of after following up by playing a bit of football ⚽ with the boy 👦🏼

Now this VERY sweaty Mumma needs a bath 🛀 once she's carried Oliver's bike 🚲 back up 3 flights of stairs 😰

Yesterday I done Race For Life 10k 🚶🏼‍♀️

I'm VERY grateful that I had a scoop of Rev before I got started or I may have given up when the guy at the 3k/8k sign said "Almost there" on my first lap 🤦🏼‍♀️
